Dynamite job! I really love Primula's character, especially in the later part of the series when she interacts more with everyone. Its so cute how she always has the neko plushies with her ^^

f

Though probably the scan of a naughty doujin, something of a novelty having a pick of Mikiru happy rather than being embarrassed about everything.

f

Nice work, very clean and the colors aren't bleached out much at all (roses are a bit darker). The original item this came from is a puzzle which my friend found for me, is pretty to look at but sadly puzzle (1000 pieces) was a lot easier than I'd hoped for.

f

Must have been a royal pain to scan that and piece it together so seemlessly. I love the little plushie dolls of the other characters at the bottom :)

f

Even though she's a side character in the show I think she's adorable. Naturally cute and funny, I hope she has a few more roles in the next series.

f

Really like the character design, beneath that fighting exterior think there's a cute girl beneath. The sword needs better shading to give it the appearance that it shines, the handle also looks a bit long.

f

The image of the two girls in the yukata's is beautiful. Ironic that the artist mainly does artwork for hentai games.

f

Simply a beautiful image, I love finding good pics of Miko's. Image size is almost an exact match for a widescreen wallpaper (nice bonus). Making a small adjustment to the black/color levels makes the pic a lot brighter without sacrificing any of the image detail.

f

Have seen this before as a vectored image? That alone was already really good looking just being plain. To add backgorund to it really brings it to life.

Even though the show is a bit old, it's retained a lot of its popularity over the years mainly due to the large following of Ruri. Personally there's other characters in the show that I like more (while watching it), but Ruri's character design is just beautiful, when she speaks its like the anitthesis of telling someone the truth, or some cryptic message that you need a Zen master to help you to figure it out.

f

Finding an image of Primula where she's even showing a hint of smilling is pretty rare. Like how you put in the arrows like in the OP and still kept Primula as the focus. Too bad there wasn't a way to work any of her plushy cats into the image.

Creator isn't Keiji Gotoh though, its Eiji Hirayama.

f

The setting with Aoi and the moon is great. Only criticism that I see detracting from the over image is that the image is almost all blue. Feels like Aoi blends into the background rather than being the focus of the paper.

f

Great job on the vectoring, looking at it I can't believe you were able to get a usuable image from a screencap.

f

Interesting scan, suggestive yet not sleezy. I'm pretty sure the two characters are from Shuffle, the green hair and ribbon tied on the Asa's hair (the green haired one) is something unique to her, other catgirl would assume is Kaede.

f

Really nice wall there. I really like how you used fluorescent colors instead of the normal pastels and what not. The orange is a great contrast her beautiful dress.

f

That's a great vector job there. When I got the phone card and its package it came in I was somewhat disappointed that is didn't have a clean image. Some of the more expensive FMP phone cards seem to be like that, they are beautiful images but have some writing in a bad spot which makes em a bear to clean up.

f

Really like how you chose to do the background. Using paw prints to create a checker board like motif looks really good with the image.

f

Great wallpaper! I love the use of the dragonfly like wings instead of the typical angel wings. They fit the composition of the wallpaper perfectly.

f

The girl's actually from a dating sim video game called Hatukoi.

f

I've got the art book this image came from, its full of a lot of beautifully done pieces of art. I love the little girl (probably) going to meet up with some friends on new years day with a very pretty kimono on. Seeing someone painting something that's probably going to end up nasty kinda ruins the composure of the image.

f

Urushibara's artwork is truly great. I find it a bit odd though that they left out the third girl that's supposed to be in that image. Should be another blond girl next to Tita in the original image.

f

Simply astonishing, arguably the best Ruri wallpaper I've seen yet. The whole camera theme fits perfectly with the image. Do you by chance have a copy of the original scan? From the image quality it looks to be from a new source.

f

I was able to buy the phone card from a seller in Japan. There's a few people that have stuff either available to browse on a website or on auction. Recently picked up a few more really nice ones too, one ever rarer than this one; though its appealing in an entirely different manner. Once I get my scanner fixed I'll scan in the new ones I got.

f

Image originates from a 1000 piece puzzle, would assume scan is from the box. I've got one of the other 1000 piece puzzles and they're painfully hard to put together (one I have is almost all blue as the Ruri image in the center takes up the entire height of the image with 4 little ones surrounding it).

f

Whoever made the final image is an image editoring guru. I've got the item that scan came from (a postcard) which has in big gold embossed letters Nadesico the Movie that cuts off a less than one-third of the bottom of the image.
